Exercise that helped me manage mitochondrial disease

Today I went to the gym, and decided to work on my arms today. By doing 3 sets of 8 on the different machine's such as:


  • reverse grip machine lat pulldown

  • Machine preacher curl ( plate loaded)

  • butterfly pectoral machine

  • biceps curl machine


After I finished with 10 min on the stationary bike while I waited for my mum to finish her workout.
